Collaboration:
Visual Artist Andre Woolery came to me with the seed of an amazing idea to create artwork from the fingerprints on an iPad screen. Taking popular apps such as Facebook, Angry Birds, Temple Run, Scrabble, and more, we explored the fingerprints left behind after interacting with the app. We photographed these images, digitally enhanced them, and added a touch of color. The resulting App Art is a beautifully vivid satin print mounted to 1/4″ clear acrylic and PVC. The Invisible Hieroglyphics collection has been featured in Mashable, London’s Daily Mail, Gizmodo, Cult of Mac, and many more. Learn and see more here.
